Le présent document vise à fournir des orientations provisoires sur la mesure du périmètre crânien, les normes de croissance, l’évaluation clinique et les examens requis pour établir un diagnostic de microcéphalie et déterminer si elle s’accompagne d’anomalies neurologiques.
This algorithm is addressed to laboratories with established capacity(molecular, antigenic and/orserological) to detect dengue (DENV), Zika (ZIKV), and chikungunya(CHIKV) as part of the differential diagnosis for arborviruses. A BSL2 containment level is required to handle suspected samples.
