To operationalize and accelerate implementation of national action plans on AMR, WHO has developed a costing and budgeting tool and accompanying user guide. The purpose is to support countries in costing prioritized activities of an operational plan linked to their AMR national action plan, and identify existing funding and funding gaps to promote resource mobilization and sustainable implementation. nares de estudos observacionais, estima-se que aproximadamente 10% dos pacientes com quadros leves a moderados de COVID-19 apresentam sintomas prolongados, que duram 3 semanas ou mais [2]. Essa condição tem sido chamada de COVID “longa”, “pós-aguda” ou
“síndrome pós-COVID-19”. Entre os pacientes que necessitam internação, especialmente em UTI, estes sintomas residuais podem ser muito mais frequentes: mais que 80% dos pacientes reportaram ao menos 1 sintoma após 60 dias do início do quadro.

Dessa forma, considerando o iminente risco de indisponibilidade de leitos de terapia intensiva e respiradores para todos os indivíduos, acometidos ou não pela doença, torna-se fundamental estabelecer critérios clínicos, técnicos e éticos, para a melhor utilização dos mesmos, para se conseguir otimizar resultado e gerar o maior benefício possível.
