We will also strengthen the platform for communities to engage decisively and to continue to develop home grown solutions that have been the bedrock of our success. It aims to chalk out a comprehensive strategy covering all three phases of displacements: (i) pre-displacement; (ii) displacement phase; and (iii) post-displacement.
