The Durable Peace Programme Consortium has decided to share the results of this baseline, as it provides insights into the Kachin context for interested stakeholders, and also to encourage cooperation and information sharing. 4. Define considerations for detailed contingency planning on the basis of the worst-case scenario, especially around access and logistics. more
