WeRobotics aims to decentralise power and knowledge in the technology sector. Instead of sending external actors to crisis regions, the organisation builds up local expertise. Its ‘Flying Labs’ in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East are autonomous partner organisations that use drones, data analysis and robotics to meet local needs – such as mapping floods, distributing medicines or monitoring ecosystems.
