iFightDepression®Ein begleitetes Online- Selbstmanagement-Programm zur Ergänzung der Depressionstherapie

Deutsche Depressionshilfe, (2019)

Tree of Life

Catholic Relief Services CRS, REPSSI, (2018)

A workshop methodology for children, young people and adults The “Tree of Life” is a psychosocial support tool based on narrative practices that is designed to help participants accept the hardships of their past and identify the strengths that can help them achieve a better future. It uses the different parts of a tree as metaphors to represent the different parts of our lives. The workshop generally takes one day. Participants draw their own “Tree of Life” in which they get to speak of their ‘roots” (where they come from), their skills and knowledge, their hopes and dreams and the special people in their lives

SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration(SAMHSA) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), (2019)

The SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions (CIHS) promotes the development of integrated primary and behavioral health services to better address the needs of individuals with mental health and substance use conditions, whether seen in specialty behavioral health or primary care provider settings. CIHS is funded jointly by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration(SAMHSA) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and run by the National Council for Behavioral Health. Despite the high prevalence of mental health and substance use problems, too many Americans go without treatment — in part because their disorders go undiagnosed. Regular screenings in primary care and other healthcare settings enables earlier identification of mental health and substance use disorders, which translates into earlier care. Screenings should be provided to people of all ages, even the young and the elderly

Healing personal trauma to restore communities

Catholic Relief Services CRS, (2016)

Integrating trauma healing for partner staff into recovery programming. This assessment shares testimonies from CRS and partner staff who participated in a trauma healing program in Central Africa Republic. CRS's trauma-healing methodology uses small groups—of all genders, ages and faiths—focusing on the survivors of violence. Religious leaders, members of community protection committees, and local authorities also participate in these groups. Basic trauma‑healing workshops focus on individual sharing and healing while laying the foundation for communities to build capacity to respond to widespread suffering
