Он представляет собой приложение к «Руководству mhGAP попринятию мер в отношении психических и не- врологических расстройств и расстройств, связанных с употреблением наркотиков и других веществ, в неспециализированных медицинских учреждениях» (ВОЗ, 2010 г.). Руководящие принципы, отраженные в этом разделе, основаны на официально утвержденных рекомендациях группы по разработке руководства ВОЗ.
